Project Goal: To improve the livelihood of IDPs in Kwande
Target: The project targeted 500 Households of IDPs in Kwande LGA
Project Description: The project provided Emergency Help of Relief Materials to 500 households of IDPs who were affected by the Fulani Herdsmen Attack in December 2024 and January 2025 in Kwande LGA. Each household received the following items: Food items includes; Rice, Beans, Guinea Corn, Dried Cassava, Salt, Maggi, Onions, and Palm Oil. Non-Food items includes: Slippers, Detergent, and Soap. In addition to the items mentioned, the 100 most vulnerable households also received 8-spring of Mattresses, another 140 households received Mats and another 100 households received wrappers.
